Terms and Agreement

  1. I agree that if in the event that the photo booth is non-operational prior to my event that I will receive a full refund. During the event if the photo booth becomes non-operational than I will receive a prorated amount refunded to me. The amount of the refund is not to exceed the full amount paid.
  2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure date and time of the event. The full amount due is required (14) days prior to the event. If payment is not received (14) days prior to the event, the deposit is forfeited. If the client needs to reschedule the event, we will reschedule if date is available.
  3. In the event of circumstances deemed to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to Photo Flare host or Photo Flare equipment, Photo Flare reserves the right to cease operation. If the client is able to resolve the threatening situation in a reasonable amount of time, 15 Minutes, Photo Flare shall resume operation in accordance with the original terms and conditions.
  4. I agree that a 6’ by 8’ area will be available along a wall with at least one 15/20 amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source.
  5. I agree that Photo Flare may use pictures from our event to publish on their website or in print to show work done or for promotional material used by Photo Flare. This may include pictures of the location and any person who takes a photo inside the Photo Flare photo booth.
  6. Photo Flare LLC reserves the right to submit only pictures that are appropriate for the online viewing gallery and any inappropriate pictures will be removed.
  7. If the event is located outdoors, we must be notified in advance. We request that client provides an alternate location prepared in advance if there is inclement weather conditions. This includes but not limited to rain, wind, extreme heat or cold temperatures.
  8. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the photo booth. Client acknowledges that they or their guest parents shall be responsible for assisting smaller children in and out of the photo booth and assisting their children so they will be in view of the camera for pictures. They shall also safeguard the children to prevent them from falling or injuring themselves on/in the photo booth. Small children refers to children that are not visible by the camera when standing in the photo booth. Parents not willing to abide by these rules will not be allowed to have their dependents or children in the photo booth for pictures.
  9. We will arrive 1 hour before the scheduled start time of your photo booth. We will arrive 1-1/2 hours before the scheduled start time of your photo booth for weddings. If you will need us to arrive earlier then 1 or 1-1/2 hours, please add idle hours to your package.
  10. Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Photo Flare LLC Equipment and Props caused by: a) Any misuse of Photo Flare LLC Equipment by Client or its guests, or b) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake).
